Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of managers' behavior and their readiness to adopt artificial intelligence (AI) solutions in daily operations. The researcher used a descriptive-analytical approach, deemed most suitable for the study's objectives. The study was conducted on a sample of 100 managers at the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). A questionnaire served as the primary data collection tool, covering topics such as behavior, readiness, challenges, and operational efficiency. The study yielded several key findings, most notably a strong positive correlation between managers' positive behavior and readiness and the efficiency of daily operations after the introduction of AI technologies. The study recommended investing in leadership training and developing digital infrastructure to ensure the success of the targeted digital transformation in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
