Abstract

Sustainable enterprise practices have ended up increasingly crucial for organizations, and the position of human resource management (HRM) in riding these tasks is gaining a reputation. This study explores how sustainable agencies undertake green human resource management (GHRM) practices to sell employee engagement and delight. Through a caselook approach, the observer investigates the views of HR managers on the implementation of GHRM and its effect on painting practices and employee stories.
