The Role of Marketing Information Systems in Supporting Competitive Advantages in the Age of Digitization in Egypt

Marketing information systems play a key role in increasing the efficiency of companies’ economic performance in competitive markets. They contribute to improving economic performance by providing the necessary information to different managerial levels. The Marketing Department currently operates in a dynamic environment that requires movement by its administrators. The current research was concerned with characterizing the dimensions of Egyptian telecommunications companies’ marketing systems and the competitive advantages of 345 Egyptian company employees, The results of the study showed that the reality of marketing information systems is average at the gross level The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between their investigators’ perception of the level of marketing information systems in different demographic characteristics, The results revealed that there is a statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of Egyptian telecommunications companies’ marketing information systems through attention to marketing information systems.
