This study aimed to identify the impact of implementing the standards of the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI) on the quality of healthcare services in primary healthcare centers within the Al-Qassim region. To achieve these objectives, a descriptive survey approach was utilized, with a questionnaire deployed as the primary tool for data collection. The study population comprised all employees within the quality departments at primary healthcare centers in Al-Qassim. The study was conducted on a random sample of (105) employees who responded to the electronically distributed questionnaire. The research findings revealed the presence of a clear organizational structure with a very high level of agreement, demonstrated by an approved and announced hierarchy, the availability of written and updated work policies, and the clarity of administrative communication channels. Furthermore, the findings indicated the availability of qualified medical personnel, highlighted by the staff's possession of professional qualifications and licenses, their adherence to therapeutic protocols, and a commitment to continuous training. The results also showed a high level of implementation for safety procedures, characterized by the availability of safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, strict compliance with infection control standards, and the activation of error-reporting mechanisms. Additionally, the readiness of infrastructure and equipment scored highly, marked by keeping pace with digital transformation, regular equipment maintenance, and providing a comfortable working environment. The overall quality of healthcare services registered a very high score, characterized by the centers' safe and reliable healthcare environment, the patients' perception of respect and appreciation, and the accuracy and effectiveness of the provided services. Hypothesis testing indicated a statistically significant impact of implementing the accreditation standards collectively on the quality of services. Based on these findings, the study recommended expanding the authorities of quality managers to expedite decision-making, developing a sustainable planning model to attract core medical specialties, and intensifying mock evacuation drills for emergency and safety plans.
